Hannelore (Lore) Hoffman

Hannelore (Lore) Hoffman has resided in Nevada since 1969 and has had a career in Real Estate for 25+ years. Since receiving her Broker’s license in 1991 she has made her mark on the real estate scene in Northern Nevada. In 1998 she formed Lorepilz, LLC to 2014, a Nevada commercial property development company and soon thereafter became the largest single stockholder in E.C.S. (Evaporative Control Systems, now RESI www.resisolutions.com), a green company dedicated to conserving water by an exclusive patented system, it’s about Water management (subsurface irrigation and drainage), the EPIC system. We are looking forward in using it in all of our projects, it’s GREEN!

She has been the driving force behind many successful projects including Tierra Del Sol, a fifty-seven-acre development consisting of twenty-five acres of commercial property and 115 residential lots which sold in 2004 for a total of 6.5 million. In 2002 she created Wild Stallion Estates, which sold for 10.3 million to Locate Homes.

 

 

Making A Real Impact On Lives and Businesses

Other Development was La Hacienda, now called Sonoma Highlands a 2300 lot subdivision development which has already been pre-sold for $45 million.  She also formed two companies in 2004; El Grande, LLC and Highlander Park, LLC and purchase 70 acres zoned Agriculture at the time. She formed and managed another 40 different LLCs pretending to do these projects. This had the potential, once dedicated to General Commercial then the value could be approximately $9.0 million dollars, and with off-site improvement there could be a potential of $18 million in the next three or four years.

She formed another Real Estate Company in 2014 (after dissolution of Lorepilz) called Biggest Little Realty / Agent in Reno, Nevada, doing short sale and other real estate transaction. From 2016 to the present, she formed three other LLCs and KarLore LLC as a Compliance Manager / Document Coordinator in Florida to focus on various commodities, including Mining and precious gemstones, fuel, Agriculture, and real estate.
